Cancellation and Appointment Policy
• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
• Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee, and no refund will be issued.
• Hair Lice Policy:
If we are unable to braid your hair due to lice, we will offer a reschedule but no refund. Please ensure your hair is thoroughly checked before attending your appointment.
• Late Arrivals:
If you are running late, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time and we have other clients booked, your appointment will be rescheduled for the next available slot, and your original spot will be forfeited.
We value every client and appointment, and your punctuality helps us maintain smooth scheduling for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refund policy “course”
In order to be eligible for a refund, you can cancel at least 7 days before course starts and get a 50% refund of the full amount of the course less payment processing fees. If you do a cancellation after 7 days before the course starts you are not eligible for any refund.
Refund Policy event and birthday party
All bookings will need to be secured with a non-refundable deposit of 30%.
Rest of the payment is requested to be paid 2 days before the event/party. If this won't be received HairsandHats will reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any notice.
