Refund policy “course”
In order to be eligible for a refund, you can cancel at least 7 days before course starts and get a 50% refund of the full amount of the course less payment processing fees. If you do a cancellation after 7 days before the course starts you are not eligible for any refund.
Refund purchase
We will refund the full amount paid exclusions fees payment to buyers when a course is cancelled or when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will include the total amount paid less the HairsandHats fees (which consists of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).
Cancelled and postponed Course
If a course is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be for the entire purchase.
Please advise staff if you do not wish us to take photos / video of you during the course. If we are not advised, HairsandHats staff reserve the right to take photos and post them on personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook or Website) with your permission.
Refund Policy event and birthday party
All bookings will need to be secured with a non-refundable deposit of 30%.
You will receive a final invoice and this is due at 9pm of 2 days before the event. If you prefer to pay cash on the day of the event please let us know before pay the deposit.
If you cancel after paid the full amount you will only received a 50% of the full amount paid less the deposit.
