1-3 business days for Express Shipping and 4-8 business day for Standard Shipping.

Orders processing on Friday after 3:00 PM QLD time or Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

All packages sent will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. HairsandHats is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered.
