Hairsandhats founder and braider Lara Tinnirello was born in Milan, Italy.

From an early age growing up in her Mother’s hairdressing salon Lara has develop an amazing passion for different hairstyling, playing and practising on her sister Giorgia’s hair, she fell in love with the art of braiding. In 2013 Lara arrived in Australia wishing to build up her future and make her dream come true; transforming her passion to create her own business. Between 2014 and 2018 Lara worked with her husband Dorian in his Sales Company working with him in various Shopping Centre, Festivals and Royal Shows all over Australia. At the beginning of 2019 she decided to build up her own Company involving her sister Giorgia whom is an experience braider as well, together their passion for this business has transformed into it becoming Lara’s life purpose. Lara opened her first Kiosk in one of the most famous Shopping Outlets on the Gold Coast, she then realised after the first Royal Show in August 2019 she understood the value of what she was creating. Lara’s realisation that her braiding styles were becoming incredibly popular amongst all age groups and the demand was so high that she worked towards ensuring her customers were always well looked after and happy. From that exact moment Lara made a decision she was going to take her passion all over Australia. She started to build up her braiding team and work in the main shopping centres of The Gold Coast, Brisbane and New South Wales. Lara’s aspirations for H&H is to simplify the Braiding experience by creating both local and mobile hair braiding establishments around Australia.
